Shop Management Application
Tarterry LLC operates a private, internal shop management application (the "Application") that connects to the Etsy API. The Application is used exclusively by the shop owner for order processing, personalization management, inventory tracking, and financial bookkeeping.
The Application is not available to, and is not intended for use by, any third parties. It is not a commercial product and is not distributed, sold, or licensed to others.
Use of Etsy API
The Application uses the Etsy API in accordance with Etsy's API Terms of Use. Specifically:
- The Application does not replicate or circumvent Etsy's checkout process.
- The Application does not exceed Etsy's daily API call limits.
- Data retrieved via the API is cached only for the minimum period necessary to fulfill its purpose.
- The Application does not scrape, reverse engineer, or access any non-public Etsy data.
- No Member Content is sold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
Data Handling and Privacy
The Application accesses buyer order data — including shipping addresses, order contents, and personalization notes — solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed through the Etsy shop. This data is:
- Processed only to complete and ship the buyer's order.
- Stored on a private, access-controlled server operated by Tarterry LLC.
- Not shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party.
- Retained only as long as necessary for order fulfillment and financial recordkeeping.

Products and Availability
All products featured on this website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of our items.
